Booking Terms
Guests are requested to check in between 4pm and 9pm on their day of arrival and to leave by 10.30am on their day of departure.
Earlier check-in times are normally possible by prior arrangement.
Check-in times after 9pm cannot be accommodated without prior agreement.
Moorhayes is very strictly a non-smoking building. Any guest found to have smoked in their room may be asked to pay an extra charge of up to £50 for deep cleaning and will be asked to leave.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 10 am on the day before the arrival date are without charge. Thereafter the total value of the booking may be charged. As much notice as possible of changes is appreciated.

Thanks - I found you extremely easy to book with and you were extremely helpful when I arrived.
Although the accommodation was rather cramped for 2 of us (single beds) the accommodation was comfortable - if there had been an option on your website for bookking a larger room, I would have done this, even at a higher cost.
Your breakfast was excellent!
I will be happy to recommend to you anyone I know who wants to stay in the Macclesfield area - and also to colleagues in Macclesfield who may have a requirement for overnight accommodation arrangements.

I had great time at Moorhayes house. The room was clean and cosy, the water was warm and it was quiet at night. However there was little space in my room in the shower door, so it may be a bit of a problem for someone with reduced mobility. The tasty breakfast would satisfy any hungry traveller. I was impressed by the hospitality of the hosts - they provided me with useful information about the area and kindly called me when I left some of my belongings behind. I would definitely recommend staying in Moorhayes.

We enjoyed our stay in the family room of Moorhayes House in Macclesfield. The people were very friendly and attentive.
However the shower is not big enough for parent and child.

Overall very good - good welcome - good facilities in room - fresh milk available for tea tray in room - fantastic breakfast - nice ambiance - only small criticism, our room (6)had poor lighting, and TV volume a little bit too quiet on max

Hotel was very comfortable and value for money. We were very well looked after during our short stay. Breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was the bathroom which was extremely small compared with the rest of the room
