Guests are requested to check in between 4pm and 9pm on their day of arrival and to leave by 10.30am on their day of departure.
Earlier check-in times are normally possible by prior arrangement.
Check-in times after 10pm cannot be accommodated.
Moorhayes is very strictly a non-smoking building. Any guest found to have smoked in their room may be asked to pay an extra charge of up to £50 for deep cleaning and will be asked to leave.
Cancellations should be before 10am on the day prior to the planned day of arrival. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the rate for the first night booked. “No shows” will be charged at 100% of the rate for the first night booked.
